Our order processing and inventory management system is designed to manage
the activities of any warehouse or distribution center. It was designed
using the latest tools combined with the expertise of our in-house staff,
who have over thirty years of experience supplying major cruise lines
with products for their food, beverage, and hotel operations.
The system consists of two modules:
Order Processing System - This module is used for:
- Order processing by the purchasing agent.
- Automatically generates a picking list for a designated warehouse,
or a purchase order for the supplier.
Inventory Management System - This module is used for:
- Inventory of multiple warehouses / multiple companies.
- Assignment of unlimited number of units of measure for each product.
- Tracking each inventory entry by capturing such information as product
number, warehouse location, lot number, receipt date, and product expiration
date.
Reports - A wide selection of reports are available, covering
such topics as inventory status, inventory valuation, sales analysis,
purchasing history, product movement, and reorder recommendations. The
following are the most frequently utilized:
- Order management.
- Purchase orders (Can be automatically generated based on customer's
order).
- Receipt of products.
- Expected delivery report.
- Detailed purchasing history by vendors and / or products.
- Open orders for processing.
- Shipping labels.
- Sales invoices.
- Consumption reports by customer and products.
- Lot movement history
- Inventory transaction journal.
- Inventory price list.
- Inventory reorder report.
- Inventory valuation.
- Physical count and variance report.
- In-bond forms and documents for customs authorities.
Special Features
- System can be Internet enabled, meaning customers and suppliers can
access information from anywhere in the world, while security features
are in place to ensure tampering cannot occur and the system maintains
its integrity.
- The application is capable of processing in-bond products, and producing
forms and documents required by customs authorities to accompany shipments
of such products.

- 300 MHZ CPU
- 4 GB Hard drive (additional disk spaces will be needed for large databases)
- 128 MB RAM memory (additional 128MB if MS SQL Server is installed
in the same computer).
