Europe USA Travel introduces Crewlink to Marine Travel Industry

EUROPE USA TRAVEL, an affiliate of the Apollo Group of companies, and a leader in Marine Travel since 1985 will debut two new products specifically for the Marine Travel Industry during this years Seatrade Cruise Shipping Convention.

Both products, EuropeUSA Online and Crewlink Online offer the cruise industry access to negotiated seaman fares online through a secure portal that uses Amadeus Expert Trip Builder  (AETB) functionality.  Crewlink Online is geared specifically towards the corporate market, offering private, negotiated, and Seaman fares as well as published and net fares to companies who book crew travel for their employees.   Since the product launch, the site has earned high marks from users such as ships concessionaires, hiring partners, and recruitment agencies for its ease of use and straight-forward process flow.

EuropeUSA online is a self-registration site geared towards the individual marine traveler who is arranging travel to join or leave a ship.  The site offers thousands of negotiated seaman fares that can be confirmed one way or roundtrip and typically do not involve cancellation or change penalties.

Europe USA Travel has recently integrated AETB functionality into the in-house operation at Apollo Ship Chandlers for their clients such as Regent Seven Seas and Oceania Cruises crew.  This will replace the existing Amadeus +Script interface which is currently in use to auto book crew flights through Apollo’s proprietary HR platform.
