MIAMI – May 7, 2003 – International Cruise Services, Inc., an affiliate of Apollo Ship Chandlers, Inc. is receiving excellent reviews for quality of food , beverages, menus, and service onboard the MS Insignia, currently on charter to French Tour operator TMR.  Menus, general quality of meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant, dinner in the grill restaurant, and dinner in the Italian restaurant all received passenger satisfaction ratings at or higher than average ratings for the whole voyage, as did cabin service, service in all three restaurants, and bar service at every bar onboard. 

Average rating for the entire ship was 8.6 out of a possible 10. According to Rafael A. Ordoñez, President of Apollo, “The fact that the food and service met or exceeded the average rating on the first seven day voyage of the charter makes the achievement even more remarkable, as does the fact that the company’s culinary skills are being rated by French passengers, arguably the most knowledgeable in the world when it comes to food quality.”

TMR is an upscale French operator, and is operating the MS Insignia until September under the banner of "Croisières Renaissance – La Vie de Château". International Cruise Services, Inc., is providing a full portfolio of food, beverage, and housekeeping services onboard.
