| Apollo announces contract to service Oceania Cruises
MIAMI – February 12, 2003 – International Cruise Services, Inc., an affiliate of Apollo Ship Chandlers, Inc. has signed a five-year contract with start-up cruise line Oceania Cruises to provide food, beverage, and housekeeping services onboard their two luxury vessels scheduled to begin operations in July 2003. International Cruise Services, Inc., will provide a full complement of management services, including personnel and provisions onboard the M/S Regatta and M/S Insignia.
Oceania Cruises will be offering upper premium level cruises, on intimate, luxurious ships, and Apollo will be utilizing its more than thirty years of experience in the business to provide the ultimate in seagoing cuisine. Four open seating restaurants on each ship will offer a wide choice of dining options. The Grand Dining Room, the main venue on the ship will offer French inspired continental cuisine, while the Tides Café will provide an informal setting for breakfast and lunch, and in the evening will be transformed into Tapas at Tides, offering live entertainment and a menu featuring a wide variety of tapas and other dishes from Spain and around the world. The Italian restaurant, Toscana, will showcase a selection of Italian specialties, while the Polo Grill will serve fine meats and seafood dishes. An extensive stateroom service menu will also be available.
Oceania’s ships will cruise Europe in the summer, and reposition across the Atlantic in the fall.
