Sumary
|
|
The Butler provides exceptional service to all Guests in his section. The Butler must have exemplary interpersonal skills and premium service etiquette. Must be always friendly and helpful to all Guests regardless if they are or are not in his/her section. Among other tasks, serves breakfast, lunch or dinner in suite as requested.

General Requirements
|
1. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a butler (Quality Hotels or Cruise Ships). Standard High School education.
2. Must be able to communicate effectively and to speak clearly in English with Supervisors and Guests alike. Other languages are considered a plus.
3. Must be knowledgeable with the United States Public Health Rules and Regulations, and follow them at all times.
