Each candidate is interviewed face-to-face at least twice, and tested for English and job related skills. All work and character references are thoroughly checked.

Trained service crew in high volume for your planned crew movement

We offer service crew trained in the basics of Bar and Food cruise ship service as replacement for your scheduled crew movement (two months window).

Our exclusive crew standby process that guarantees availability

We can provide service crew to supply your emergency crew needs. In some key countries, we maintain a pool of candidates in possession of the following documents:

  • A pre-employment physical
  • A passport valid for a minimum of one year
  • A C1-D visa
  • STCW 95 Certificates

Our Web Recruiting Process for F&B Management and Culinary positions

  • Candidates apply online.
  • A recruiting specialist assesses the application and resume and verifies references.
  • A Field Specialist (Culinary, Service, F&B Management) conducts a second interview.
  • The two Specialists assess the candidate.
  • Once accepted, the candidate is given a final interview, and his application is presented to the Principal.
