We lead the industry in food production quality and culinary innovation, and have provided our outstanding service onboard more than forty cruise ships belonging to fifteen different cruise lines. Our catering has long been the standard by which the rest are measured, and has been recognized as such by the prestigious "Chaine des Rotisseurs", the world-renowned gourmet society, of which Apollo is a member.

Food Production

Prepared from scratch, and using only the freshest and finest ingredients from around the world, we create customized menus that are as varied and lavish as they are sensitive to the latest trends in nutrition and dining. Publications such as Onboard Service Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler and Porthole Magazine have recognized our onboard product, backed by our European culinary management, over and over again for it's excellence. Guests on our vessels rave about the culinary experience we provide, and often cite it as a major reason for choosing their next cruise.

Food Service

Equally important to the overall experience is the quality of food service provided, and the multi-national service staff employed by the maritime companies we supply is second to none. Sourced from high quality venues around the world, teams of servers provides impeccable service at all times, from the breakfast buffet to the gala black-tie dinner. Our training program, operated in nine facilities in Europe, Asia, and South Africa ensures that all service crew are in possession of the necessary skills before they begin their assignments. Expert guidance is provided by the maitre d'hotels, many of whom have worked at the finest European establishments. Our expertise in supplying the maritime companies with the best people ensures that guests enjoy gracious elegance and a dining experience beyond compare.

Bar and Wine Service

Upbeat and dynamic, the bar teams we supply are always ahead of the latest trends. Friendly bar servers are highly trained to assist guests with their selections and to recommend appropriate choices according to the itinerary and guest profile. Our experience includes operating specialty venues such as martini bars, cigar clubs, and poolside bars, as well as mobile stations for use at outdoor buffets and beach parties. Knowledgeable sommeliers provide sophisticated wine service, and happily recommend wine to accompany any meal, choosing from our vast selection of wines featuring the best vineyards of the world, including France, Italy, Germany, Spain, California, South America, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. We recognize the importance of onboard revenue generation, and track the individual performance of  bar servers and sommeliers via our human resources system, with sales records being saved in our database.

Housekeeping Service

Supervised by highly experienced chief housekeepers, charming stateroom attendants provide service that is friendly and efficient, yet at the same time, unobtrusive. A team of hotel cleaners keeps the entire ship spotlessly clean.
