Our Quality Assurance department is the cornerstone behind the solid reputation of our company. Combining over 100 years of expertise in the culinary and food management fields, a Senior Director and his 3 Quality Assurance Supervisors ensure only the best arrives at our customers' sites. Our Quality Control processes are available in Florida, New York, South America and in the summer Vancouver and Europe. No new product is purchased before being tested and approved by our award-winning chefs. Each shipment of fresh, frozen or dry merchandise is personally inspected for quality, freshness and yield by one of our Quality Assurance Supervisors at either our warehouse or the local purveyors site. Besides abiding by the Department of Agriculture's standards, we enforce our own internal requirements, comprising grades, marbling, dates of packing, proper freezing and packing procedures, etc. Below are some of our most common standards in the food purchasing field:
