- Miami: over 4,500 square meters of warehouse space including freezers, refrigerated and in-bond areas.
- Barcelona: 6,000 square meters of dry, refrigerated and freezer space, and the license to store US beef on the premises. Our warehouse in Barcelona is one of only four facilities in Spain to have obtained this license.

Food Purchasing:
- Experienced quality control specialists implement strict quality control
programs, at the following levels:
- Before purchase, products are tested in our state-of-the-art
kitchen.
- Before delivery, we examine produce, frozen and dry supplies,
earmarking them for each vessel at the warehouse or purveyors site;
this process ensures that merchandise matches the specifications
purchased. Our quality control processes are available in Florida,
New York, South America and in the summer Vancouver and Europe.
- Top choice G12 beef aged on the premises.
- Logistics know-how; over the years we have developed the necessary
programs to ensure timely delivery of our products anywhere in the world,
at minimal cost.
Beverage Purchasing:
- We import and warehouse, at the lowest available pricing, wine, spirits
and non-alcoholic beverages via direct duty free bar purchasing programs
with every leading winery, distiller and importer in the world.
