Outbreak Response

A ship tied up due to an outbreak is a disaster that can cost a ship owner upwards of a million dollars a day.  Should an outbreak occur, ARMS can provide a swift response team to manage the crisis and the mandatory cleanup following an outbreak.

While most cruise lines have in place an outbreak prevention plan, no one can maintain a trained response and cleaning team on every vessel, waiting for disaster to strike.

Our Outbreak Response Team is available within a few hours notice to fly to the stricken ship’s next port of call for immediate action, or to the next turn-around port for remedial action.

The Team consists of:

• A Project Manager: To establish a plan of action and direct the cleaning team efficiently
• A Cleaning Team: A group of specifically trained Cleaners on standby
• An Admin Team: If needed, to help gather, organize, and communicate passengers information to the CDC.
