Onboard Systems

Onboard the vessel, Apollo manages the physical plant through a number of innovative platforms that reside in our proprietary software. These consist of:

ICS (Inventory Control System) Manages physical counts, requisitions, ordering and receiving of product and provides a large selection of reports related to inventory consumption.

FBS (Food and Beverage System) Used for tracking of beverage sales, gratuities due to bar staff, processing of beverage sales data received from Point of Sale system and deduction from on-hand inventory of items sold in the outlets.

MCS (Meal Count System) Used exclusively for tracking meal orders placed during service and designed for portable use through a notebook computer in the galley. The display provides and up to the minute count of orders received from the guests in the dining room which is used by the chef to determine if on-hand prepared items are sufficient for service, or if production must be stepped up to meet demand. This tool is used by our Culinary Team to analyze dish consumption when creating new menus.

HR software. Designed in-house to the specifications of the HR team, this software comprises the following modules:

• Recruiting: Gap pools, Crew Confirmations program
• Letter of Employment: Can be issued remotely, on secure stock, with employee photo. Our LOEs can be authenticated online by US Consulates and Customs and Border Patrol.
• Scheduling: An exceptional array of tools such as : Assignment screen, Employee profile and history, Crewing budgets, Crew movement reports.
• Payroll Administration and Crew Accounts
• Time and Attendance clocks and software (overtime control)
